The one-bedroom king suite was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub were great for relaxation after a long day. Breakfast had a solid spread including bacon and waffles. Staff were super helpful, especially with the internet for my son.

The beds were super comfy and the staff was friendly. Bonus, 24/7 free cookies and coffee. Breakfast had a solid variety too. Perfect stop for anyone on the go looking for comfort and convenience.

There was confusion over the room type, which put a bit of a damper on things. Just make sure to double-check!

Texas Roadhouse is just a hop away for killer steaks, and if you're in the mood for something sweet, Cold Stone Creamery will be your go-to. Oh, and the folks at the front desk, Laura and Hallie, are absolute gems, making our stay just right.

The only hiccup was that pesky 3rd-floor elevator button—it had a mind of its own! But no worries, Hallie had it covered with instructions taped right above it. Just a little thing to fix up for smooth sailing.

Booked a Deluxe King Room with a fireplace but ended up in one without it, despite prior confirmation. The room felt humid and hot since we were right above the pool, which made it uncomfortable for sleeping. Besides, the noise from that area could be disruptive if you're looking for a peaceful night. No chance to enjoy the pool because it was closed, and they didn’t allow us to cancel or adjust our plans without hassle. Definitely a letdown when the stay was built around that feature.

Overall, I had a nice stay with just minor inconveniences.

Our stay was overall disappointing—there were tons of bugs in the suite, which was very unsettling! However, breakfast was awesome, with a great spread that everyone enjoyed. Would not stay here again.

Family with children Really nice stay

So I called ahead to see if we could check-in early and the front desk gal was super nice saying she would try to accommodate us then when we got there everything went smooth and the staff remembered my name which is a nice touch they really made us feel welcomed

It wasn’t exactly a bargain but honestly for the service and care we got it felt worth it

Had a quick night here and it was great. Super helpful staff, they let my son work in the lobby and it made things easy for us. The room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was surprisingly good with plenty of options. Only wish there was a hot tub to relax in!
